V&A is a consortium model firm led by David P. Vondle.  Mr. Vondle is an expert in planning, process and performance management consulting and has conducted over 200 engagements for clients in manufacturing, mining, distribution, utilities, government, services, and health care.  Mr. Vondle also serves as an expert witness and provides litigation and regulatory support services. 

Mr. Vondle has been named a Certified Management Consultant by the Institute of Management Consultants.  His book, Service Management Systems, was published by McGraw-Hill.  Mr. Vondle holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Akron and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.
